It was much appreciated how you spent the time to talk through with us each individual aspect raised in the survey, having already pro-actively co-ordinated the seller and surveyor to resolve each of the (minor) issues, as soon as we had sent you a list of questions.
The whole process has been a pleasure, despite yacht purchase being a completely new experience for us. It was also very rapid, from the moment we called you (from a train whilst on the way to view a different boat) and you dropped everything to drive 200 miles to Plymouth, leading us to agreeing to buy that same day, and with completion less than three weeks later.
