Current Lockdown update and information.
With the UK in a Covid Lockdown, our operating and viewing procedures during this period are controlled by the current government guidelines and laws on travel. Below is a short summary of how this works.
Essentially this means NO face to face or physical viewing visits by members of the public until lockdown is over.
However we remain open in terms of sending out links to our virtual video tours and completing digital purchases and conveyancing.
We are also permitted to list yachts for sale and prepare them for virtual video viewings etc. Please see our sell your yacht section.
We understand Surveyors and Contractors are legally and safely able to visit yachts during lockdown and we have now sold yachts where the surveyor has acted as eyes and ears for the purchaser, without purchasers travelling to or seeing the yachts themselves.
We have systems in place that allow for the entire conveyancing and legal process to be completed without contact or travel, so if required a non contact purchase can be completed during this time.
In the meantime, please stay safe and follow all the guidelines so the end to the Pandemic can come sooner rather than later.
Once again we thank all the NHS and frontline staff fighting hard to help those in need and bring an end to the situation.
