Hallberg Rassy Rasmus 35 For Sale
Sorry, unfortunately this yacht is now SOLD
Do you have a similar yacht for sale? If so we are always seeking quality cruising yachts for active buyers, especially in the Solent and surrounding areas.
For more details please see the
Sell Your Yacht Section
For our full list of other yachts for sale please see the
Yachts for sale section
We actually sold this yacht in the Autumn of last year (2020) to a young couple who planned to quit the rat race and sail off around the world. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) they have news that a new baby is on the way, so plans have had to be put on hold and they have reluctantly asked us to sell the yacht. As it was so recent we are using the photos, video and spec from the last sale but please be aware there may have been some minor changes since then, however due to lockdown the boat has been unused since the sale and remains on the hard where she was when purchased.
Manufactures description:
"The Rasmus 35 was designed by the leading Swedish designer of elegant yachts of the 1960s, Olle Enderlein. 760 boats were made during twelve years between 1967 and 1978. The name "Rasmus" is the God of Winds in Germany.
The design of the Rasmus 35 was in many ways ahead of its time. It was the first sailing yacht in the world with a windscreen. That made her centre cockpit very well protected, keeping with elegant lines. This is the blueprint for the Hallberg-Rassy concept."
Summer Wind looks to be a very fine example of these now timeless and classic yachts from Hallberg Rassy. A much loved and cherished yacht and in her previous ownership for twelve years, a health issue means she is now for sale and has had little use in the last two years

(PREVIOUS) OWNERS PERSONAL COMMENTS:
Summer Wind has been part of our family and fun for twelve years. Initially bought for a learner crew and in British weather, the protected cockpit with solid pilothouse and canvas extension is now an essential feature for any boat we sail. Can’t remember when I last wore oilskins on passage. In harbour, the cockpit can be used as part of the accommodation, even in gale conditions.
