Built as a genuine offshore yacht for the discerning sailor, the Malo 39 is ideal for serious, long distance cruising as well as living aboard.
The cockpit is deep, uncluttered and well protected. The re-enforced Targa-arch supporting the mainsheet traveller keeps loose ropes out of the way and heads out of danger, at the same time acting as an ideal support for grab rails, the sprayhood / cockpit canopy and light fittings. The arch on this example is also slightly higher than the standard version.
Well maintained by her current owners Kumari simply oozes quality and craftsmanship. In just her second ownership she has been extremely well cared for and her interior in particular presents superbly.
She is the two double cabin two head layout with fitted carpeting throughout and high quality upholstery.
She also benefits from a refit in 2006, recent professional sanding and re-caulking of her high quality teak decks, new standing rigging in 2011 and a continuous program of high quality maintenance to date.
