Highly desirable and rare to the market, Fine Fleur is a Rustler completed Bowman 45, built in 2006 and launched in 2007.
She is a superbly constructed and seaworthy yacht, well set up for long-distance blue water cruising (complete with twin poles for twin headsail downwind sailing) and also equally at home as a high-quality cruising yacht for exploring local waters.
Designed by the legendary Chuck Paine she is not only beautiful to look at, but she is also beautifully finished down below, with two large double cabins, two heads, a huge galley and a very comfortable saloon.

HULL CONSTRUCTION:
Moulded in accordance with C.W. Paine construction drawings. The lay-up is comprised of isophthalic gel coat (double gel), colour Oxford Blue, with complexes of chopped strand matt (CSM) and woven rovings, hand laid with isophthalic resin on the first two layers. Bulkheads are of 15mm marine grade plywood primed and bonded to the hull and deck with 2.4kg/m2 CSM. Longitudinal stiffening stringers are foam cored with 2.4kg/m2 CSM and unidirectional roving reinforcement. Construction drawings are approved by Lloyd's Register of Shipping.
DECK CONSTRUCTION:
Moulded in accordance with C.W. Paine construction drawings. Off-white isophthalic gel with non-slip areas moulded in. The lay-up is of chopped strand matt and woven rovings with non-woven polyester core, stiffening and insulation. Teak laid decks (bonded not screwed).
SAILS:
MAIN - Fully battened with 3 reefs in 9.55 oz.Dacron. (39.48 sq.mtrs.). Loose footed
YANKEE - In 8.57 oz.Dacron, furling, 49 sq.mtrs. on Schaefer 3100
STAYSAIL - In 9.55 oz.Dacron, 16.5 sq.mtrs. hanked on.
